Crosstex International has announced the formation of Crosstex Medical LLC. Crosstex Medical LLC is a partnership between Richard Allen Orofino, Mitchell Steinberg, and Gary Steinberg, the principals of Crosstex International, and James Devlin. Devlin, the President of Crosstex Medical LLC , is the former Chairman/CEO of The Omnia Group, which included Tidi Products. The new company’s focus will be on the many crossover products currently available from Crosstex International, including, but not limited to, professional towels, sterilization packaging, face masks, gauze, disinfectants, and hand care products.
