Cygnus Technologies, a Progeny Dental company, took away top honors for its intraoral cameras at the Reality Publishing awards held during the Chicago Midwinter Dental meeting. The CygnaScope Micro and Micro Plus Intraoral cameras passed all performance tests at the top of their category for performance in an operatory environment.

Weed accepted the award on behalf of Cygnus Technologies stating, “This validates our belief that the intelligent design of the Micro and Micro Plus cameras demonstrates both efficiency and long term value for dental professionals.
The Micro and Micro Plus intraoral cameras feature image capture and focus buttons located directly on the camera hand piece, variable focus, high resolution imaging and an economical multi-operatory module no larger than a deck of cards.
