DENTSPLY Announces Partnership with America’s Dentists Care Foundation
York, PA (February 18, 2010) – DENTSPLY International’s Professional division will provide Cavitron® ultrasonic scalers for America’s Dentists Care Foundation’s Mission of Mercy events. These regional events, hosted by state-affiliate organizations, bring together volunteer dental professionals to provide free oral health care to people in need. Approximately fifteen events are held across the United States each year. Since 2000, more than 100,000 children and adults have received needed dental care through these events, equivalent to $50 million of dental services.
