Epithelium in Health and Disease’ Subject of Wound Healing Research Symposium at University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry
The University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) Center for Wound Healing and Regeneration and the National Institutes of Health/National Institute of General Medical Sciences will host the second annual Symposium for Wound Healing Research, “Epithelium in Health and Disease,” on Friday, May 15, from 8:30 to 1:30 p.m. at the UIC College of Dentistry, Fourth Floor, 801 S. Paulina St., Chicago.
            Speakers will be Dr. Jackie Bickenbach, Carver College of Medicine, University of Iowa; Dr. Gail Hecht, University of Illinois College of Medicine; Dr. Jonathan Jones,  Feinberg School of Medicine, Northwestern University; and Dr. Tatiana Oberyszyn, The Ohio State University College of Medicine.
            There also will be roundtable discussions. Lunch will be provided.
            Early registration deadline is Friday, April 17. Cost is $50, or $25 for a student or trainee.
