Dentists can receive CE credits on a variety of restorative topics through a series of new clinical programs presented in an educational joint venture sponsored by Dental Services Group (DSG) Laboratories and the Caulk, Ceramco and Trubyte-Austenal Divisions of DENTSPLY International. Kevin Connolly, Director of Sales and Marketing for DSG, announced that DSG and Dentsply are teaming-up to reveal the benefits of new dental technologies available to clinicians.
In these three-hour sessions titled, “A Day with Dentsply Sponsored by DSG,” attendees will learn the latest techniques regarding impression-taking, hear about the newest technology in all-ceramic materials, and see advancements in light-cured material systems for removable prosthetics.
Attendees pay only $39.00 and receive 3 CDE credits when they successfully complete the onsite post-test. Over 17 facilitated self-study sessions are planned by year-end throughout the United States and Canada. Each program is open to clinicians and their staff. After attending a recent Day with Dentsply - DSG seminar in Rochester Hills, MI, attendee Daniel Bortolotti, D.D.S., described the program, saying, “Precise, straight forward information I was able to take chairside immediately. Good everyday dentistry.”
Each program’s educational segments include: “Zirconia, A Bridge to the Future,” sponsored by DENTSPLY Ceramco; “Total Control Using Visible Light Cured Resins,” sponsored by DENTSPLY Trubyte; and “Impression Techniques & Materials – Getting it Right the First Time,” sponsored by DENTSPLY Caulk.
