Stop sending those “cutesy” postcards!

Most people don't go to the dentist because they simply feel it isn't necessary.  So sending an inexpensive, "cutesy" postcard won't help in convincing them otherwise.  If you are going to the expense of mailing, why not spend an extra few cents for a more persuasive device?

A professional notice sent in an envelope invites serious consideration as well as providing an opportunity to enclose a pre-med prescription or an educational brochure to help raise patient awareness.  Best of all, a personal hand written message from the hygienist will reinforce why the patient needs to come in for a recall visit.  This investment in patient retention pays off in two ways: first, existing patients stay active; and second, active patients mean more word-of-mouth referrals.
