Sirona Dental Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: SIRO), one of the leading global manufacturers of high-technology dental equipment, is now offering CEREC training at the Charlotte, North Carolina facilities.
The first course available is Clinical Proficiency with the CEREC Master Mode. This intermediate level training was designed to facilitate a smooth transition to single visit posterior CEREC restorations. The objectives focus on improved efficiency for the doctor and staff, refined technique of the 3 P’s (prep, powder, picture) and proper selection of case design method. The course creates an efficient workflow process for the dentist that will guarantee success with standard posterior CEREC cases. Additional CEREC courses will be offered in the future.
Dr. Alex Touchstone, the Clinical Director of the SironaDentalAcademy, is the instructor for this course. Dr. Touchstone graduated from the University of Tennessee, College of Dentistry in 1994. His dynamic, engaging lecturing style and approachable demeanor are sure to motivate and inspire. He maintains active teaching and lecturing schedules and serves on the Board of Directors of the Academy of Computerized Dentistry of North America.
