Using the very latest CAD/CAM (Computer Aided Design/Computer Aided Manufacturing) technology from 3i, Town & Country produces a clip, primary or hybrid bar from medical-grade titanium alloy. Unlike cast structures, milled titanium is lightweight, strong and highly biocompatible. Plus, each Simpl Structure® is precision-milled from a single piece of titanium to eliminate potential weakness from soldered or laser-welded joints. The end result is a simplified protocol and a more durable, passive-fit restoration.
Available for most implant systems, Simpl Structure® is also simple to estimate. Each Simpl Structure® case from Town & Country is priced at a fixed fee, based on the number of fixtures, and includes all parts and components necessary to complete the case.
