The University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry Golf Outing in recent years has been even more fun—and a networking opportunity, as more alumni from the Loyola and Northwestern dental schools have joined their UIC colleagues in having a great time.
Dentists are urged to sign up and to bring colleagues and other friends to this year’s UIC College of Dentistry Golf Outing on Wednesday, Sept. 21, at the Cog Hill Golf and Country Club in Lemont, IL. Tee times will be available on courses #1 and #3 and on the Dubsdread course, home of the Western Open.
Tee times will run from 8:30 to 10:15 a.m. on Courses #1 and #3; various tee times are available on the Dubsdread course on a first-registered, first-served basis. Golf will be followed by an all-you-can-eat buffet at 2 p.m. and a raffle.
The price for golf on Courses #1 and #3, a golf cart, and the buffet is $95. Without a cart, the price is $80. The Dubsdread slots will go for $175 each for golf, a cart, and the buffet. For non-golfers wishing to attend, the price for the buffet alone is $35.
The raffle always proves popular, with prizes consisting of golf and dental items. Prizes also are given for golfing prowess and predictions.
Sponsorship opportunities also are available. Dental products or service companies can sponsor golf holes or provide raffle prizes, and golfers can sponsor student golfers as well.
