SANTA BARBARA, Calif. – September 27, 2004 – Today, Isolite Systems announced the introduction of a new adult large mouthpiece for use with the Isolite dryfield illumination system. The new size is the most recent addition to the line of mouthpieces developed to accommodate a variety of patient oral cavities. Made of the same soft, comfortable Isoflex™ material as the original adult medium-size mouthpiece, the adult large mouthpiece is a useful size for adults with larger than average size oral cavities. To ensure a comfortable fit for larger mouths, the mouthpiece features an extended suction tube behind the bite block. As with all the Isolite system mouthpieces, it provides shadowless illumination from the inside out, complete dryfield aspiration, complete cheek and tongue retraction, and a comfortable bite block.

The new large adult mouthpiece will be included in an assortment of mouthpiece sizes – including the original adult medium and adult small – shipped with each Isolite dryfield illumination system. The cost for reorders of the new mouthpieces will be $23.50 per box of 10.
