National Board for Certification in Dental Technology rolls out marketing program
Posted: May 25, 2004
Tallahassee, FL: The National Board for Certification in Dental Laboratory Technology rolls out a new marketing program to increase the value of its certification programs.

One of the marketing plan’s objectives is centered on establishing stronger communication lines between the National Board for Certification (NBC) and all state and regional dental laboratory component organizations.

The plan establishes activities that focus on communicating with the certified dental technician while educating the dental customer, dental lab owners, and the general public, on the importance of using Certified Dental Technicians in achieving superior oral health.

The National Board for Certification in Dental Laboratory Technology (NBC) was formed in 1955 as an independent certification organization dedicated to improving the quality of dental laboratory technology through voluntary testing and certification of dental laboratory technicians. Over 6,000 professionals hold these credentials in one or more areas of specialty.
