Amann Girrbach is expanding its machine portfolio with the Ceramill Matron Core, a more compact version of the tried-and-tested Ceramill Matron - focused on milling performance, especially for metallic materials.

The Ceramill Matron Core focuses on the essentials: intuitive handling and outstanding milling performance in a compact design. In comparison to the standard version, the Ceramill Matron Core does not have a blank changer and can therefore be set up on a compact surface or on the popular Matron family cart. The core competencies of the Ceramill Matron remain the same, which is why the machine is ideally suited for users who rely on intuitive handling and maximum performance, especially when processing titanium and cobalt-chrome.

The 45° arrangement of the A/B axes ensures maximum rigidity and precision with vibration-damping properties during the milling process. This unique smooth running has an extremely positive effect on the surface quality and lifetime of the milling cutters. The 5-axis plus technology enables the control of extreme angles, which guarantees very high precision even with pronounced undercuts.

The SnapMag, a magnetically exchangeable 11-position tool carrier, combined with RFID technology, makes tool changes quick and easy. An unlimited number of milling cutters can be easily inserted via Plug&Play. Intelligently equipped, different materials and indications can be processed without changing tools.

The high-resolution 21.5-inch display guides the user extremely user-friendly through all work steps and makes everyday work more enjoyable. Easy integration into the digital workflow makes the Ceramill Matron Core the ideal partner for practices and laboratories that place the highest demands on quality and efficiency.

Experience the world premiere at IDS 2025
The Ceramill Matron Core will be presented to the public for the first time: From March 25 to 29, 2025, interested parties can experience the innovative milling technology at the Amann Girrbach booth at the International Dental Show (IDS) in Cologne. Trade visitors will have the opportunity to experience the outstanding precision and performance in person.
