Zenith Dental and DMG have developed a unique CataLock syringe system that eliminates hand mixing and excess waste of catalyst when using the dual cure option in the new Vitique Veneer Cementation system.
The Vitique Veneer Cementation system offers Color Command, a complete spectrum of cement color options with precisely matched try-in shades. The Vitique kit also includes both a high and low viscosity catalyst CataLock syringe, plus matching catalyst try-in shades in the CataLock syringes.
A CataLock syringe contains 1.3 gm of material. When dual cure is required for inlays, onlays and full coverage restorations, the CataLock syringe simply clips onto any of the 8 base shades or 8 try-in shades in the Vitique kit. The CataLock syringes can be interchanged with the cement base shade and try-in shade syringe regardless of how much material is left in the syringe. This preserves the catalyst material so it is used only when dual cure is desired.
The Vitique Complete intro kit is the only Veneer Cementation that includes a try-in catalyst shade, which assures that the final color of the restoration is exactly what the doctor ordered. The colors are stable and won’t shift over time. Vitique is available in the Complete Introductory Kit, which includes 8 cement shades, 8 matching try-in pastes, a high & low viscosity Cata-Lock‰ Syringe, and 2 Cata-Lock try-in syringes. A Starter Kit with 2 base shades and a low viscosity Cata-Lock syringe is also available as well as individual refills.
