NORTHBOROUGH, Mass.—Solmetex has announced its continued support for America’s Dentist Care Foundation, Mission of Mercy with a product donation of its Hg5 product line valued at over $30,000 dollars.

“Solmetex is proud to be associated with a world-class organization such as America’s Dentist Care Foundation and Mission of Mercy. Their dedication to providing dental care to those in need, in a safe and friendly environment is truly life changing, to not only those who receive care, but also to those who volunteer their time and services," said Michael Toole, VP of sales and marketing.

Founded in 1991, Mission of Mercy provides free oral healthcare, and dental care to uninsured or underinsured adults and children across the United States. Mission of Mercy now has 35 mobile clinics that provide full service dental care to more than 25,000 patients each year.

Solmetex is supporting their mission by providing Hg5 Collection Containers for every clinic it hosts throughout 2017. The Hg5 series of amalgam separators ensures the safe removal of mercury and other harmful metals from dental practice wastewater in effort to reduce contamination of the public water supply.

“ADCF couldn’t do what we do without the amazing support of companies like Solmetex. The Solmetex Hg5 amalgam separators are part of what makes the ACDF’s equipment support of Mission of Mercy/free dental clinics across the US happen with such attention to detail/safety, ” said Bill Blasing, executive director, America’s Care Foundation.
