iBOND Universal
Heraeus Kulzer has introduced a new bonding agent, iBOND Universal, which combines the properties of a universal bonding agent in a new formula for instant and reliable bond strength.
For the creation of iBOND Universal, scientists from Europe and Japan have cooperated in order to develop a bonding agent that combines the best of two worlds. The result: an acetone-based universal adhesive with a unique moisture-control system. Acetone acts like a water chaser and supports the fast evaporation of water.
iBOND Universal is compatible with light-, self- and dual-cure materials without the need of a dual-cure activator. That means reliable bond strength for all common types of restorations and materials, from resin cements and core-buildup materials to self-cure composites and compomers for the cementation of indirect restorations. Silicate ceramics are bonded with the additional iBOND Ceramic Primer.

Strauss Magic Strip System
Strauss Diamond has introduced a new product, the Strauss Magic Strip, that offers clinicians a precise and ergonomic tool for interproximal contouring and finishing. The secret of the Magic Strip is a high-quality handle that enables users to control the strip from outside of the patient's mouth, all but eliminating the risk of finger injuries and making contact work as easy as holding a pen.
The Magic Strip is available in three styles: serrated, one-sided with entry gap, and double-sided. All strips are color-coded for easy identification. Each Magic Strip is manufactured for multiple uses and the durable handles are designed for repeated autoclaving. The Magic Strip is available in packs of 10. A set containing several popular strips is available as well. For more information, call (800) 982-9641 or visit Straussdiamond.com
Nano 2S Touchless Loupe Light
DentLight, an LED optics innovator, has launched Nano 2S Touchless—an upgrade to Nano 2S light integrating capacitive touch sensor for professional medical illumination.
Nano 2S Touchless builds on the legacy of its predecessors as the smallest and brightest light on the market while improving on user interface, using touchless sensor technology to ease disinfection control.
The product uses a touch-capacitive sensor that can be easily activated through a barrier, including lab coats and gowns—even with gloves on. In addition, the light intensity can be easily and continuously adjusted up to 40,000 lux. The new release also incorporates patent-pending LED assembly technology that generates 30 percent less heat, avoiding any discomfort associated with an accidental touch of the light.
