We are a highly respected private practice with a long legacy in Okanogan County, seeking an associate dentist with the potential for partnership/ownership. We are BUSY after the recent retirement of a former partner and patients are waiting to meet YOU! Our team is experienced and mature with low turnover, high morale, and the support you need for instant success. The practice is on the cutting edge of technology with cloud-based electronic charting, digital radiographs, CBCT, Cerec, iTero and much more. We provide dental implants, Invisalign, and traditional braces. Your success is our priority! This position would begin with a competitive production-based salary or guaranteed minimum salary and would allow you to practice dentistry with autonomy. New grads are welcome to apply. If you still have student loans, we would love to talk about the possibility of offering some loan repayment in addition to a great income.
