I have reached that point where I am nearly ready to retire and want to search for the person or entity that will transition into the new owner of my practice and continue to keep my wonderful patients and staff happy and cared for. My dental practice in Orem is strong and healthy with excellent staff and patients and 1.5 fabulous associate dentists that work alongside me. The practice has won the readers poll award for best dental office in Utah Valley (120 offices) for the past three years and we have nearly perfect 5 star reviews and ratings. My practice sees no Medicaid and no HMO and only higher reimbursement PPO plans. I am still working full-time 4 days and the associates work 7 days between two of them. The gross revenues were $1,800,000 last year and we are on track to reach that goal in spite of the virus this year also. We have excellent front desk staff and policies that allow us to collect 98% of what we produce and have no accounts receivables issues. Office overhead is low and the office is newly remodeled with brand new equipment in six operatories. Location is great. Building is very nice with underground parking to keep your car clean, dry and safe. I will consider selling to a good corporation that could provide job security and perhaps some employment advantages for my staff--otherwise, not interested in a corporate sell. I will remain with the practice for a few years to make the transition seamless. My youngest associate is moving to Idaho where he grew up so there will be room and plenty of work for another dentist to come in full-time if the sale is made to an individual dentist. Email me at Toothdoc1995@gmail.com if you are serious and are not going to string me along or try to nickle and dime the sales price. Price is firm at 78% of collections.
