Dr Kelly received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2006, and has specialized in pelvic health and orthopedics ever since.
She has successfully treated thousands of patients for a variety of pelvic health diagnoses
Dr Kelly has trained & mentored hundreds of physical and occupational therapists in pelvic health assessments and interventions for both male and female anatomy.
She is launching a new online program, Pelvic Floored, to reduce geographic, financial, and psychosocial barriers to accessing high quality pelvic health care, worldwide.
-The Pelvic Floored Signature Series is a series of 13 lectures and 9 workout progressions, designed to supplement, or stand in place of, an in person physical therapy assessment for pelvic health conditions. There is a framework that includes instruction in a self pelvic floor muscle assessment, and a framework that skips that. While Dr. Kelly firmly believes the self-muscle assessment is vital in understanding your body, and helping it heal, she knows that is not going to be for everyone, so has a treatment pathway that allows you to improve strength and function without that step, if needed.

Dr. Kelly believes that the current state of men's health, with regard to pelvic issues, is about where women's health was 20 years ago. There is a dearth of great information, and she wants to change that.
