Today I’d like to talk to you about why victory and defeat have no place in your practice. We want to get rid of the idea that victory and defeat even have a place in your practice in any way, shape, or form. Every situation in life, we deserve only one response. Fascinating. Whether it’s a victory or defeat, respond first with, fascinating. Then, respond with, how did it happen?
