California is trying to deal with its homeless crisis and it is making finding a reasonable place to practice more difficult.  While the bill was defeated, other big cities may try something similar and it is going to have an impact on existing and proposed practice sites for dental offices.  The myth of "big city attraction" is serious business for dentists.
