A good agent has dozens of connections within the local market. This gives you unfettered access to his network of industry professionals. You can’t expect an agent to do everything it takes to get you into the office space of your dreams.
You’re going to need lawyers, designers, and other team members too. A good agent steers you to other professionals who can do what he can’t do.
Within his network cultivated with great care over the years, he has access to data, listings, resources, and tools that will help you secure the best deal.
He’ll use this network of power players will help get what you want…and, in the quickest amount of time.
