You know what they say… good things come in pairs! (at least that’s what I’ve heard people say) and this episode proves it! In episode 98 I hit you with 2 separate interviews joined into one great, jam packed, episode! I have the privilege of interviewing a long time guest of the show, De Roberge, and I am also interviewing the Scaler 2 Schedule ladies, Julia Worrall & Cyndee Johnson!
In this episode we start off listening to Deb talk about how her company is helping dentistry. If you aren’t aware she owns OurPerioTeam. Which is a online-site where a periodontist AND their team can fine-tune their skills and specialty. Listen to what she is also now creating and has in the works as well. Then we talk to Julie (I know her name is Julia but I called her Julie the whole time so yeah…) and Cyndee and they had some wonderful tips to share with us. We talk about why it’s SO important to really delegate tasks to your team and trust that they will get it done. You won’t grow if you continue to micromanage, you need to let your team take-over and you will see your practices’s profits grow.
