NEW ALBANY, Ind.—Colin Receveur, CEO and founder of digital marketing company SmartBox Web Marketing, has been recognized by Louisville Business First as one of the top professionals in the Louisville, Kentucky metropolitan area.

Louisville Business First releases its Forty Under 40 List every year. The list includes entrepreneurs, lawyers, health professionals, technology professionals, education leaders and financial experts. The publication selected from more than 500 nominations this year. The final 40 honorees were selected from a panel of Forty Under 40 winners.

“I’m honored to be selected for such a prestigious recognition and among so many distinguished members of our community,” said Receveur, who started SmartBox Web Marketing in 2001 and works exclusively with dentists. “Our company has made great strides in the last two years, and we have mapped out a future of success for years to come.”

Louisville Business First announced the Forty Under 40 recipients on June 20 and recognized each honoree during a special banquet in September. The local business magazine began the Forty Under 40 program in 1996 and has since honored hundreds of young professionals.

Receveur and the other Forty Under 40 members were featured in the Sept. 23 edition of Louisville Business First.

Along with being selected for Forty Under 40, Receveur’s company SmartBox Web Marketing was listed by Louisville Business First as one of the best places to work in the Louisville metropolitan area. The company was also included in the Inc. 5000 list, which highlights the fastest-growing private companies in the country. 

“Starting this company has been a dream come true for me,” Receveur said. “I have had the opportunity to make a mark in digital marketing, employ many talented professionals and help our clients grow their dental practices.”

Receveur’s company, which he began while still in high school, has grown by 1,600 percent in the last three years.

A digital marketing expert, Receveur has implemented an all-systems-based approach to dental marketing that includes search engine optimization, pay-per-click advertising, reputation enhancement, web design, content management, video and multimedia productions, phone call tracking, customer-relations management, blogging, social networking and mobile marketing.
