Too many dentists blame the lack of success on external forces that are not under their control. It’s the economy. It’s the competition. It’s the saturation. It’s this. It’s that. Well, why do we concern ourselves with factors and forces that we cannot control? What can we control? Ourselves. By accepting this fact and assuming the role of a leader, you can take yourself and practice to new levels of success.
In this course, you will learn to see that through the principle of reframing, each and every problem and issue are opportunities to find success. You will see how vision is important and that each and every decision that we make will guide us towards our ultimate goal and how lack of vision leads to missteps. You will learn that our technical hand skills is not actually our main job and that it is secondary to our job of education and imparting of value which in turn, leads to increased treatment plans acceptances and profits. You will further learn how likeability and the creation of likeability are crucial to the success of our businesses because of the shift in public perception. You will see how education and implementation of non-clinical skills is crucial to your business growth & long term profitability.
