This course shows Dr. Ali Nasseh performing multiple procedures on two different patients. The first case includes removal of a post and repair of a previous perforation. Dr. Nasseh utilized extensively a piezo electric ultrasonic unit in the removal of the post and he used a new bioceramic material (EndoSequence Root Repair Material) to repair the perforation. This case is a great example of how good endodontic skills can save a tooth that otherwise could have been considered for extraction.

The second case involves an open apex situation that also has some internal resorption. Again, a difficult case that Dr. Nasseh addresses through the use of bioceramic materials to perform both a one-visit apexification procedure, as well as sealing the internal resorption defect. A six-month recall X-Ray is also included which shows excellent healing.
