ChlorCid Surf
Ultradent Products has added ChlorCid Surf to its line of endodontic products. The root canal preparation solution features the cleansing power of surfactant to break the surface tension and allow for better sodium hypochlorite penetration into difficult-to-reach places like isthmuses and lateral canals. The 3 percent sodium hypochlorite solution and surfactant allows for better wall contact. The product comes in IndiSpense syringes and 480ml bottles.

Cytoflex Tefguard
Cytoflex Tefguard is a nonresorbable membrane used as a space-making barrier in guided tissue regeneration procedures. The proprietary microporous ePTFE membranes allow nutrient permeation while obstructing bacterial infiltration across the membrane. Qii
DoseBiome, a Toronto startup focused on oral microbiome research, has released Qii, a drink that reduces dental plaque by up to 52 percent. The drink is made with organic tea and XyVita, a non-GMO xylitol-containing formulation that reduces acidity and the risk of tooth decay. Qii is made in the United States and available in white peach, pomegranate, lychee, lemongrass ginger and oolong tea flavors.
