IPS E.max ZirCad MT Multi
IPS E.max ZirCad MT Multi is a new polychromatic zirconia from Ivoclar Vivadent. The aesthetic, high-strength multi-translucent zirconia offers up to 30 percent higher flexural strength and 50 percent higher fracture toughness compared with other common translucent zirconia materials. The product is designed with a special powder formulation that offers high biocompatibility and flexibility. This pre-shaded medium translucency (MT) multi-zirconium oxide was designed to be the ideal zirconia choice for cases requiring high mechanical stability and natural-looking dentition.

Designed for both the anterior and posterior region, the integrated progression of shade and translucency in IPS E.max ZirCad MT Multi maximizes the appearance of monolithic crowns and bridges. Only requiring 0.8mm of tooth reduction in the anterior and 1.0mm of tooth reduction in the posterior, it allows for conservative preparations without compromising the longevity of the restoration.

Peak-ZM
Ultradent Products has introduced Peak-ZM zirconia and metal primer to its line of product offerings. Peak-ZM is designed to provide high adhesion between zirconia and metal surfaces and the luting material.

The product is a single-component surface treatment that enhances bond values when applied to zirconia, alumina and metal/alloys. It contains a blend of monomers, including 10-methacryloyloxydecyl dihydrogen phosphate (MDP), which produces a chemical bond that significantly increases adhesion between resin-based material and the bonding surface of the restoration. It also features a smart chemistry that includes in-house, custom-synthesized monomers that help enhance its bond strength. Peak-ZM is available in 4ml bottles (300 uses) and 1.2ml syringes (100 uses).

Ivory ReLeaf
Kulzer has announced the release of its new product, Ivory ReLeaf, a hands-free HVE suction device. Ivory ReLeaf assists with evacuation, retraction and maintaining a dry field during many dental and hygiene procedures. Unlike saliva ejectors, Ivory ReLeaf is not only a hands-free suction device but also a high-volume suction device. It works in all four quadrants with ergonomic comfort and full view of oral cavity without being moved around, saving up to 15 minutes per patient.

The product’s disposable leaves use the cheek and vestibule area for support, providing 280 degrees of suction. Ivory ReLeaf connects to existing dental vacuum systems in less than 60 seconds and its universal mouthpiece, the leaf, is made of a custom blend of latex and BPA-free polymer.
