I ask for a copy of my X-rays and they told me I would have to "PAY" $35! I need it, so I paid the $35 and waited and this RUDE AND COLD girl came back with a Xerox sheet of paper. I asked "Is this it?" You made me pay 35 dollars for ONE sheet of paper? I don't want this, I want a CD or copies of the X-rays. If you can't give that to me, please give me my money back? They said NO! I said "this copy cost you two cents to make." THIS IS RIP OFF!

Dear Rip Off,

When you decided to leave our practice, we were left with an extended lunch hour. We had to charge the $35 for X-rays to pay for our lunch. We ordered subs. We got one for you, but you left by the time it was delivered. Hope your new dentist enjoys that pathetic copy of your X-rays.

What REALLY bothered me was the list they gave me of THOUSANDS of dollars of work they said I needed done. I've taken GREAT care of my teeth my whole life, so don't try to scare me into spending money.

Dear Meth Mouth,

Most your teeth were GREAT. I believe you cracked four of them due to clenching. You should get a night guard and STOP TYPING IN CAPS!

I called to make an appointment for resetting a loose crown. I was quoted $100 (no insurance). Doctor was not able to reset, because it was not loose enough, and they charged me for $175, for doing nothing. Excuse is that doctor saw me! Wasn't she going to see me when I was quoted $100 for actual work? Rip-off.

Dear Loose Crown,

You should have scheduled an appointment for a loose screw. Your fee would have been $275 if we "re-set" your crown. You just saved $100. You're welcome!

A JOKE! I'm in more pain than ever, had a root canal they left the drill bit in then laughed when they saw it in the xray then emmediatly after the woman decided to scrape my freshly operated wound wide open with her I don't care cleaning A JOKE THIS PLACE NEEDS TO CLOSE better off giving a child power tools and saying go ahead!

Dear Root Canal,

You were informed when you arrived at the office that we were celebrating Bring Your Child to Work Day. We have put the doctor's son in time-out for leaving that drill in your tooth.
