Richardson, Texas (March 27, 2013) – D4D Technologies LLC, the award-winning developer of digital technologies for dentistry, announced today that Fahad Kajani has accepted the new position of Vice President of Business Development and Strategy. This appointment reflects the company’s commitment to aggressively pursue strategic partnerships that will expand business opportunities in US and global markets.
Fahad joins D4D with many years of business development experience, most recently with Henry Schein Inc. He served as director on Schein’s Global Prosthetic Solutions team working to implement the group’s strategic plan and business development efforts in digital technology and prosthetics, and prior to that, was Director of Corporate Business Development.

His experience in negotiating, structuring, and executing mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and exclusive distribution agreements will help to accelerate the execution of our global strategy,” said Mark Quadling, Chief Executive Officer of D4D Technologies.

Solomon Co., focusing on M&A in the retail, consumer products and healthcare industries. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a concentration in Finance.
