In episode 24 we take a look at how we can maximize our marketing efforts within. What I mean is that it’s really time for you to take action and listen and observe your front office. As you and I both know, our front office is an extremely important asset in order to attract new patients (and of course have a functioning dental office).

 

However, does your front office know this? Are they repelling or attracting new potential patients calling about procedures, times of availability, insurance questions, etc. Sometimes, we may not know it, but our front office just may be there for a paycheck and wouldn’t really care if the schedule is packed with new patients or not!

 

On the other hand, maybe our front office is just overwhelmed! If that’s the case then the same actions will show and the front office will immediately start to fail in customer service, which means more upset customers, which leads to bad word-to-mouth and horrible reviews and ratings, which also leads to less phone calls, more no-shows and cancellations, and more…do you see the chain reaction?
