About Dr. Tuan Pham:

I’m Dr. Tuan Pham and although I look like I’ve just graduated from dental school, I have 10 years of real life dental practice experience under my belt in saturated suburban Austin, TX. I love my job. I mean it. The nerdy part of myself loves the technicality and challenge of dentistry while the rest loves the results from success in skillful communication, staff management, and leadership.

What I love most about dentistry (besides providing myself with a great income and ample time for enjoying life) is simply chatting with patients. I know some of you might not like it, but trust me you should! Like any skill, it can be learned quite easily step-by-step. By learning and enjoying to chat, I create the relationship which allows me to easily build value and trust which translates to high treatment plan acceptances and ultimately the nerdy part of myself nerding out and doing dentistry the way I want! It’s a positive feed cycle.

Believe it or not, but I did not always feel this way nor love the management and leadership part of dentistry. I used to be quiet, introverted, and just wanted to do dentistry and be left alone. But alas, I realized that I needed more patients to do the work! I realized that if I wanted to do work, I would require a higher volume of patients accepting my proposed treatment! This was my AH HA moment: I realized that being a great dentist involved more than just technical hand skills. If I wanted to be successful, then I must learn everything else including communication, leadership and staff management. I also realized that all these traditionally difficult things were actually very easy to learn because they could be learned in easy step-by-step sequences.

So now I package everything that I have learned in a 48 week series of easy to follow steps. I will teach you basic principles that translates to clear, easy steps on how to more effectively communicate with patients and staff, how to manage staff via four easy scenarios, how to lead and have vision and how you will become a Dental Maverick. You will create the destiny and dream that you have always wanted.

If you can learn how to move your hands to create smooth crown margins, then surely you can learn how to be a Dental Maverick. Once I had my epiphany, I quickly created my personal goal within a year: a 1.2 million dollar production office without write-offs from any PPO and working 32 hours a week seeing an average of 4 doctor patients a day and by the gym at 5:15 PM every day! All it takes is for you to commit, sign up and you will have access to everything that I have learned.

Now besides dentistry, I love to fly fish exclusively and watch college football. I'm a Longhorn, but oh boy is SEC football so good. Now see, don’t you all feel like you know me already? See how being a communication ninja can build trust and thereby increase treatment plan acceptances?
