Synopsis:
The presenters will uncover the results of in depth, independent dental consumer research. Participants will begin to realize that their preconceived notions about what dental consumers want & don’t want – are misaligned from reality.

At the end of this program, participants will have discovered that their perception of the dental consumer ranged anywhere from slightly askew, to completely off target. With factual reality in hand, participants will be much better prepared to communicate on a more effective level with the dental consumer.
