Tralongo LLC Signs Alliance Partner in Texas

National dental practice acquisition firm enters all-new development agreement with Dallas-based dentist

ATLANTA—Tralongo, an Atlanta-based dental practice acquisition firm, has announced an all-new development agreement with Dr. Milton Dang, based in Dallas.

Under the terms of the agreement, Tralongo will assist Dang in acquiring five or more dental practices in the greater Dallas area, as well as throughout other parts of Texas.

A 2004 graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Dang then moved on to earn his dentistry degree at Baylor College of Dentistry in 2008. Soon after, Dang opened his practice, Denstar Dental Center in Dallas. A few years into his tenure at Denstar, Dang decided to simultaneously pursue another of his passions, the culinary arts, and attended culinary school from 2012 to 2014. It was during this time that Dang realized he wanted to seek an avenue that would allow him to advance his career in dentistry, while at the same time continue to be able to work in the kitchen.

After speaking with an associate who was already involved with Tralongo, Dang decided to look into the firm and, shortly thereafter, signed on to become an alliance partner. With Tralongo’s assistance, Dang hopes to begin his expansion through acquisition in the greater Dallas area, and eventually move on to other nearby regions in the state.

“What appealed to me most about Tralongo was the opportunity to transition from the grind of the daily operations of a dental practice and grow into more of a management role, having a two-fold benefit,” said Dang. “Not only will I be able to further my career in dentistry, working with Tralongo will also allow me more time to continue advancing my culinary skills, which is exactly what I was looking for.”

Launched in 2013, Tralongo holds more than 90 years of combined experience in dental management and acquisition. Comprised of a team of dental, marketing, financial and business professionals, the firm partners with entrepreneurial dentists who are looking to grow their businesses by acquiring and operating multiple practices.
