TEMECULA, Calif.—Dental practice website design and online marketing provider ProSites has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire PracticeMojo, which specializes in SaaS-based automated appointment notifications and reminders.
PracticeMojo, headquartered in Phoenix, is a provider of patient reminder, patient recall, and email marketing solutions for the dental industry. The company helps practices increase revenue through automated patient communications.
ProSites' suite of online marketing solutions, expansive customer base, and deep knowledge of the dental industry, paired with PracticeMojo's patient-engagement software, will further position the combined company for accelerated growth.
"The combination of ProSites and PracticeMojo uniquely positions us to offer an even wider range of services to help dentists achieve measurable practice growth," said ProSites CEO Dave Rutan. "We are excited to be able to add this powerful solution and top-notch team to our company."
Since 2003, ProSites has helped more than 7,500 dentists and medical professionals grow their practice through comprehensive online marketing solutions including dental website design, search engine optimization, social media management, and pay-per-click advertising.
"We're excited to join forces with industry leader ProSites," said Dr. Curt Hamann, president and CEO of PracticeMojo and SmartPractice, a provider of print marketing and clinical supplies for the dental community. "This opportunity allows us to harness the best features and resources of both companies, enabling doctors to position their practice for increased growth and customer service. We are pleased that ProSites will expand this technology while we partner together on making practices successful."
ProSites will continue to be headquartered in Temecula, California.
